Your focus will be on improving the educational outcomes for all students, fostering an environment where teaching and learning are continuously enhanced. You will lead the development of high-quality, innovative practices, working closely with teachers to maintain excellence in the classroom. Central to your leadership will be nurturing strong, positive relationships with students, staff, the wider community, and stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and supportive school culture. Your role will be instrumental in shaping a thriving educational environment that empowers both students and educators to achieve their best.Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Attach a brief resume (3-page maximum) including contact details for 2 referees (referees should be familiar with your relevant work history).
- Attach a written statement (2-page maximum) addressing Key Capabilities 1-4 as per Role Description "How you will be assessed" section.
- Attach a copy of the mandatory requirements outlined in the attached role description
