This is a unique opportunity to drive transformation and operational excellence across a dynamic production environment.About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the QA and Production Excellence teams, you’ll be the catalyst for change—facilitating improvements in workflow, infrastructure, technology, and team performance.
This role has no direct reports, but requires strong influencing skills and the ability to lead through collaboration and coaching.Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Reducing waste and enhancing efficiency
- Facilitating better workflow and production systems
- Supporting infrastructure and technology upgrades
- Championing Lean production principles
- Collaborating across departments to embed best practices
- Leading people through change and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in change management and Lean production
- Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- A track record of driving operational improvements
- Experience in identifying and reducing waste
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
