Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation to find a Solution Architect who specialises in HRIS/HCM implementations. The successful candidate will be experienced in vendor reviews and will have successfully implemented a number of people resource management systems. Strong stakeholder skills and an understanding of large enterprises in the financial services sector is required for this role.This role requires 3 days per week in the office in the Brisbane CBD and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.Benefits

Key Requirements

Proven experience delivering HRIS / HCM implementations within large financial services enterprises, with strong knowledge of integration patterns, data flows, and enterprise interoperability.
Demonstrated capability in vendor evaluation and management, coupled with a technology agnostic approach to solution design.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
Experience shaping strategic roadmaps and solution blueprints, balancing innovation, sustainability, and resilience; relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, BABOK, HCM platforms) desirable.
