
Desktop Support Engineer (Exclusive)

- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, POS systems, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and EFTPOS terminals.
- Support Windows 7 and 10 environments.
- Manage Office 365 including user accounts, password resets, licenses, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Handle permissions and access through Active Directory or similar tools.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and VPN configurations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support or vendors when needed.
- Log and track support requests using a ticketing system to meet SLA requirements.
- Support mobile devices including tablets and handheld scanners.
- Train store employees on IT processes and system usage.
- Perform routine system checks and software updates to keep POS and applications operational.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for hardware replacements and escalations.
