Job Description:Purpose:Support CoreOps by building out and optimizing our HubSpot CRM—making it organized, searchable, and effective for managing client data and workflows.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and structure HubSpot CRM for ease of use by the team (properties, contact lists, pipelines, tagging).
Build and maintain clean, searchable contact lists and segments.
Implement workflows, templates, and properties to streamline data entry and reporting.
Ensure CRM is consistently updated, accessible, and tools are in place for smooth tracking.
Support staff in navigating/using HubSpot as needed.
Ideal Profile:
Experienced with HubSpot CRM setup and best practices.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient at data hygiene - cleaning imports, ensuring consistency.
Proactive in setup and documentation, making tools easy to use for others.
Bonus: Prior experience working in financial services or tech-support environments.
