- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based training and support to the staff in the Special Care Nursery;
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs across the facility;
- Providing valuable contributions to the hospital's quality improvement process;
- Carrying out team leader duties on shift;
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to neonates and their families.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
- Minimum 4 years' experience in neonatal nursing;
- Post graduate qualification in specialty area desirable;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable;
- Proven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professional;
- Team leading experience;
- Possess excellent time management skills and well developed clinical problem-solving skills;
- A passion for mentoring team members and positively influencing their performance.
