What began as a group of local families coming together to provide education and opportunity to their children has today developed into a thriving business supporting more than 1,500 participants across seven Local Government areas.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic EOI Casual Support Workers to join our dynamic teamDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking individuals who are:
  • Passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the varied needs of our participants.
  • Available for casual work and able to cover shifts at short notice.
  • Any experience is preferred at this stage
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality support tailored to the needs and goals of participants.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, community engagement, and skill-building activities.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants at all times.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver person-centered support.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in disability support or similar roles (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
