As a Director in our team you will enable your clients to lead strategic transformations in their organisations through high impact experiences that deliver true business value and lasting results. You will lead teams of consultants to understand the human element of change and design and deliver activities to build readiness where it is needed across our clients organisations.Your typical day would include some of the following activities:Leading proposal development activities to shape, scope and win new packages of work.Managing the planning, forecasting and delivery of work in line with an agreed statement of work.Leading and enabling a team throughout the delivery of work and inspiring, supporting and developing your team along the way.Leading the reporting of status up through the project and client governance structures, including identification and managing risks and issues associated with your stream of work and across the program.Shaping the ongoing work and managing the delegation of work, and review of deliverables throughout the delivery. Engaging with the partnership to ensure appropriate input and review throughout.Leading and participating in practice related activities, and acting as a career coach for team members - helping to guide them in their ongoing growth and development within the firm.What we are looking for?
We are looking for experienced human capital practitioners with 12+ years of experience looking to apply your skills and learn more from the Org Transformation and Technology Enablement communities. We are looking for diverse skill sets that include a cross-section of the following:Experience across multiple business domains or industriesExperience in consulting and delivering to clients, including executive leadersExperience leading and collaborating on business development activities, including proposal development, scoping and costing potential workExperience in delivering and leading technology driven change projects (SAP, Oracle, WorkDay, Salesforce, etc.) including planning and conducting organisation change in large or complex organisations.Stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including workshop/engagement design, facilitation and outputs (e.g. persona development, storytelling and design thinking)Experience in coaching and managing large teams of consultants is essentialExperience in managing and leading a team both on shore and offshore is desiredProven ability to manage the commercial elements of large change management programs for technology implementations, including scoping, resourcing, and managing cost over a the program's lifecycleStrong critical thinking and problem solving skillsUndertaken Capability Uplift projects to define and build new capabilities in teams and individualsDefined and managed workforce transition and organisational design activities is highly regardedNext Steps
