National Business Development Manager

The Role:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion for the business across Australia.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the hardware / plumbing reseller network
  • Work with Product, Category and Marketing teams to drive sales & product ranging
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Monitor and analyse market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Have ultimate responsibility for top line sales for the business
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong experience selling into major hardware retailers and/or plumbing merchants
  • Background in cement / aggregates or similar industry will be highly regarded
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of analysing data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Enjoy growing sales through strategic business development
