We are seeking full or restricted licensed Electricians, to join our technician team to assist in the delivery of maintenance and emergency repair works to a variety of electrical food production equipment. You will join our team of in-house Technicians and expansive network of subcontractors to provide technical expertise to our major customers. For 2 weeks in every 4-8 weeks, you will be requested to be “on-call” for emergency works – this work time is generously compensated.You will generally start the working day by going directly to a customer’s site and finishing at a customer’s site. You will be required to attend the office at least once per week to hand in paperwork and pick up parts.Your role will include electrical fault-finding, utilising our comprehensive machinery operation manuals as a guide combined with your mechanical mind to replace cogs, blades, gears etc. Whilst reasonable overtime and on-call works is required, you will have the capacity to boost your income by volunteering for additional on-call or overtime works on generous penalty rates. Company vehicle, phone and tablet are supplied.Majority of your workload will be based within the Newcastle Metropolitan, however occasional regional travel may be required, which will be compensated.Requirements

- Has a restricted or Electrical Licence.
- Is mechanically minded.
- Has a Drivers Licence
