With operations in over 30 countries, here you can build a truly international career, without compromising the autonomy and flexibility that allows you and your clients to unlock new possibilities.We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team, specialising in perimeter access control solutions such as automated gates, bollards, barriers, and turnstiles.This role is ideal for a project coordination professional looking to grow their career in sales, or for an experienced sales professional eager to expand their technical knowledgeThis is your opportunity to combine technical insight with commercial acumen and make a real impact in a thriving, project-driven industry.What you'll be doing:
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients across various sectors, including commercial, industrial and government.
  • Collaborating with internal project and technical teams to ensure smooth handover
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets, focusing on sectors where our solutions can make a significant impact
  • Manage the tender and quotation process for targeted projects ensuring accurate submissions and constant client communication
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from project managers to executive decision makers to drive sales success
What you will bring to this role:
  • You'll have a strong technical background with a solutions focused mindset, ideally with experience in access control, gates, boom gates, speed gates, automation, security, Civils ,electrical or related industries
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with facility managers, architects and specifiers ,
  • Desirable: Ability to manage client relationships and close negotiations - Training provided
  • Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification
