As a Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our guests and the reliable presence that keeps the hotel running smoothly day and night. From check-ins and reservations to ensuring security and completing the nightly audit, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable stays. Key Accountabilities
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome and farewell to guests, anticipating and attending to their needs promptly.
  • Manage guest check-ins/outs efficiently in line with hotel procedures.
  • Process reservations, daily transactions, and guest accounts accurately.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals and guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, room rates, packages, local attractions, and special events.
  • Action guest messages, requests, and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when required.
  • Adhere to cashiering, occupational health and safety, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented front desk and reception area, protecting hotel assets and equipment.
  • Complete assigned opening, closing, and handover duties.
  • Oversee night operations in the absence of management, including security, supervising night staff, and assisting other departments as needed.
  • Perform nightly audit functions, roll over property management systems, prepare reports, and ensure accurate financial and occupancy records.
  • Ensure all keys and equipment are accounted for and all areas of the hotel remain secure.
