Job Title Project ManagerJob Description Summary Cushman and Wakefield are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse teams, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.Responsibilities:Prepare agendas, develop, and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met. Keep building management apprised of progress at all timesPrepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients, property/facility management team, and project team (as applicable) at conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases of projectAssist in the selection, contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each projectReview requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client and property management on costs and impactsTo provide excellence in project management services and manage the delivery of projects.To support the continued development of the PDS QLD through business development.Prepare and present client presentations.About youDegree level qualification in building surveying, project management or equivalent construction related degree; trade qualifications with experience in management will be consideredMinimum of 3 years project management experience requiredAchieved or working towards industry recognised professional qualification, such as RICS, COIB, AIPM, PMP or similar;Hands-on experience with construction projects preferred, health, defence or aviation experience is advantageousProficient in MS Office and MS Project.A sound understanding of the construction and fit out /refurbishment sectors; andWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit fromCompetitive salary and opportunity for career progression4 weeks annual leave a year (pro rata for part time employees)Being part of a growing global companyA Supportive and flexible environment;We have a vision of the future, where people simply belong.That's why we support and celebrate inclusive causes, not just on days of recognition throughout the year, but everyday.
