
Occupational Therapist Graduate (Mental Health)

- Full-time
- Two 12-month rotations across inpatient and community mental health teams
- 8 hours of protected learning time per week
- 10 days of paid professional development (as per EBA)
- Group and individual supervision + support to meet OT competencies
- Assistance to transition into ongoing employment with GMHWS
- Deliver person-led OT assessments and care
- Provide best practice, recovery-oriented interventions
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team including Lived Experience staff
- Contribute to care planning that supports consumer goals
- Engage in the Graduate Program and all associated education activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA)
- Recognised Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong interest in mental health and recovery oriented care
