This is an incredible opportunity for a customer service expert to play a key role in the launch of our stunning new property in Brisbane and contribute to an exciting chapter for Minor Hotels.Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensuring each guest is welcomed with warmth and professionalism.
Serve as a role model, sharing your expertise and driving the team to consistently uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
Oversee the execution of daily tasks, ensuring they are completed with precision and efficiency.
Manage guest arrivals and departures seamlessly, delivering a smooth and memorable check-in/check-out experience.
Proactively address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring a lasting impression of exceptional service.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel front office environment, demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Extensive background in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel or resort setting, with a thorough understanding of guest service standards and operations.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of duties.
Impeccable professional presentation, reflecting the high standards of the organisation.
Flexibility to work weekends and adjust to varying schedules, as required by the operational needs of the business.
