As a Senior Staff Specialist / Staff Specialist you will deliver expert psychiatric care across inpatient, outpatient, and hospital-in-the-home settings. You will be at the forefront of clinical leadership, working alongside experienced professionals committed to recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care.In this position, you will:
- Provide specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment across a varied caseload
- Mentor and supervise junior medical staff and allied health team members
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Play a vital role in the education and training of future mental health clinicians

- Base salary from $182,106 – $266,677 p.a. plus significant allowances
