About Our Client

Located in the centre of Sydney CBD, our client specialises within personal injury and workers compensation within the legal space. They are a large, high performing firm and pride themselves on having a client-centric approach and offering solutions for the most complex of problems. They are now seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their team and offer progression opportunities throughout the business.

Job Description
  • Reporting directly to one of the partners,
  • Drafting legal documents;
  • Liaising with clients;
  • Dealing with stakeholders such as insurers and the Dispute Resolution Service;
  • File and diary management;
  • General ad-hoc office administration duties
  • Invoicing and billing when required
The Successful Applicant
  • 3+ years prior relevant experience (CTP knowledge and/or experience essential);
  • Strong MS Office skills;
  • Client service focus with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills including strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, both internal and with clients and external stakeholders;
  • A friendly, down to earth nature and must enjoy working as part of a team;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
