They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and market expansion. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, and increasing sales revenue across their product portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver results while providing technical support and tailored solutions to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company and drive sales of their complete product range.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Conduct market research and execute strategies for market penetration.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and achieve sales strategies and goals.
  • Plan and manage customer sales calls and visit cycles within the assigned region.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prospect, generate leads, negotiate, and close deals with customers.
  • Manage quotations through the PRONTO system, including follow-ups and reporting.
  • Track sales performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, including technical assistance and issue resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
Skills and Experience
  • 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within Mobile Hydraulics, Industrial, Transportation, or Mining industries.
  • Strong background in providing technical support and solutions to customers.
  • Proven experience in customer development, retention, and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely when required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on customer satisfaction.
