- Monday to Friday - no weekends
- Processing daily sales orders and complete all dispatch documentation.
- Processing daily invoicing and assist to ensure sales orders are ready to be invoiced.
- Meeting and greeting our customers, providing exceptional customer service on our front counter
- Assisting the service team with credit claim processing
- End of month KPI reconciliations.
- Maintain and update customer / product data base.
- Maintain an effective filing system.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely sales orders and deliveries.
- Assist our service team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good computer literacy skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- High accuracy of data entry and data management.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems would be beneficial but not essential.
