Your RoleAs a non-contact Educational Leader, you will guide pedagogy, inspire your team, and lead the creation of meaningful learning experiences. You will:

Champion the approved learning frameworks and drive program quality
Collaborate with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to ensure holistic care
Support and mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes for every child
Foster a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement

A full-time Centre Director focused on business performance
A full-time Relationship Manager supporting enrolments and family engagement
