You’ll lead and empower a skilled offshore client services team, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence from the inside out. Your leadership will ensure the advice process runs like clockwork, while your problem-solving skills will keep things moving when complexities arise.Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a capable offshore client services team to deliver outstanding support
- Manage workflows and ensure accurate, compliant implementation of financial advice
- Be the go-to for client queries — ensuring every interaction is professional, prompt, and empathetic
- Oversee the preparation of Statements of Advice and key client documentation
- Continuously refine internal systems and processes to boost efficiency and compliance
- Facilitate weekly implementation meetings and drive monthly training sessions
- Monitor service delivery and deadlines to keep client promises on track
- Provide critical support to Directors and collaborate with advisers
- 2+ years' experience in a client service or operations role in financial planning
- A sharp eye for detail, strong time management, and next-level organisational skills
- A natural communicator with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
