- Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts, expanding Cleanaway's presence in various sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to make informed recommendations and adjustments.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on account performance, sales, and market trends.
- Prepare and submit tenders, manage contract renewals, and negotiate with key clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales presentations and reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within waste management, environmental services, or facilities management.
- Ability to respond to tender proposals and manage pricing in collaboration with Cleanaway teams.
- Drive to enhance revenue, margins, and operating profit to meet short-term and long-term goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Professionalism and proactive approach to driving business outcomes.
