Cyber Security Architect - IAM (CyberArk)

• Develop and evolve IAM domain architecture, roadmaps, and patterns.
• Lead design and implementation of IAM services (Identity Governance, Access Management, Roles & Entitlements).
• Define and document IAM processes (registration, authentication, authorisation, delegated access).
• Deliver solution blueprints and oversee deployment of IAM platforms.
• Partner with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to customer workshops, requirements gathering, and strategy.
• Ensure ongoing IAM systems monitoring, standards, and optimisation.

• 10-15 years' experience in IAM and Cyber Security at an enterprise level.
• Proven expertise with CyberArk (plus BeyondTrust or Thycotic desirable).
• Experience with IGA solutions (SailPoint/Saviynt) and SSO (Ping/Okta).
• Strong knowledge of IAM processes, RBAC, UAR, and federated authentication models.
• Familiarity with Microsoft IAM stack, Azure AD and Active Directory.
• Broad security, network, and infrastructure architecture knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Work onsite in Sydney with a leading enterprise client.
• Contribute to high-impact architecture projects across multiple accounts.
• Be the go-to IAM Security Architect driving CyberArk solutions.
