- 3+ years’ experience in a quality supervisor role within a food environment.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in applied science or science with a major in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
- Proven ability to manage audits, document control and quality systems.
- Strong computer and systems skills.
- Excellent organiaational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and compliance.
