
Recruitment Advisor

- Maintain proactive and effective communication with all stakeholders
- Facilitate and execute the complete recruitment process from sourcing to contract issue and onboarding support including but not limited to medical bookings.
- Develop and manage talent pools that align to current demand utilising SuccessFactors, Seek and LinkedIn
- Participate in attraction and recruitment campaigns for graduates, vacation students, trainees and apprentices aligning to intake requirements
- Support internal redeployment opportunities and internal talent assessments encouraging internal transfer/promotion opportunities where possible
- Work closely with the Mobilisation and People Operations team to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
- Contribute to the general improvement of all People procedures and functions
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Knowledge of the resources industry, in particular mining and maintenance, would be advantageous.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong time management and attention to detail is required in our agile environment.
- An ability to work independently on an assigned portfolio but also as a collaborative team member.
- Proficient in the use of SuccessFactors, would be useful, but training can be provided.
