- Permanent / Full-Time position
- Lead supplier selection, development and performance audits
- Own category spend analytics, APOP planning and supplier negotiations
- Work with regional and global category teams to align and execute sourcing strategies
- Manage RFPs, pricing agreements, forecasting, reporting and lifecycle costing
- Achieve annual cost reductions via negotiation, benchmarking and localisation
- Ensure material flow, mitigate risks and develop alternate sourcing strategies
- Build long-term supplier partnerships that drive innovation and sustainability
- Leverage digital tools to reduce non-value-added activities in procurement
- Align with Schneider's sustainability goals through responsible sourcing
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering coupled with previous experience in a similar
- role, ideally within a similar Manufacturing environment / organisation
- Knowledge of Transformer components and related supply chain requirements
- Proven technical skills in relation to Procurement, Buying and Sourcing requirements
- Intermediate IT skills, experienced in the use of digital tools and other best practice
- Strong data analysis, negotiation and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Project management capabilities and demonstrated experience in partnering with both domestic
- and international stakeholders
