Manual machining of industrial components including shafts, housings, flanges, and couplings
Work on a wide range of parts used in electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes
Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-precision parts
Operate lathes, mills, and other machine shop tools
Work alongside fitters and electricians to complete complex repairs
Maintain high safety and quality standards across all tasks

EXPERIENCE REQUIREDWe're looking for a motivated and reliable trades person who takes pride in quality workmanship and has experience in a similar heavy industrial setting.You will need:

Trade qualification (Fitter Machinist, Toolmaker, or similar)
Solid experience operating manual lathes and milling machines
Ability to read and work from technical/engineering drawings
A proactive and safety-conscious approach to your work
Good communication and teamwork skills
Full working rights in Australia
