- Office: Melbourne CBD
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
- Manage and maintain accurate trade documentation and internal records
- Process orders, invoices, and purchase requisitions using SAP
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to coordinate trade activities
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and international trading standards
- Generate reports and assist with data entry, reporting, and reconciliations
- Provide general administrative support to the trading and operations team
- Proven experience in an administrative, trading support, logistics, or supply chain role
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (highly desirable)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
