
National Events Coordinator

- Assist the National Sponsorship and Events Team in organizing and executing a variety of events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events. And support in arranging virtual events across different platforms.
- Provide on-site support for events across the regions including travel as required.
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in event planning and execution.
- Competent in project management and multitasking.
- Experience in collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.)
- Familiarity with a CRM system, CVent and an e-marketing tool would be a benefit
- A tertiary qualification in event management or a related field
- Experience in an event role within professional services or a B2B environment.
