  • Demonstrate high level interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with all staff members across the service.
  • Lead the implementation of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural capability plan, outlining strategies to improve the identification, data collection, monitoring, reporting and analysis of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Key Performance Indicators within Community and Oral Health.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement activities that address the needs and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through consumer, community and stakeholder engagement.
  • Undertake professional development opportunities within streams, services and/or wards required to work with, to better understand the nature of their work.
  • Provide all Community and Oral Health employees with/or access to cultural advice, support, guidance and appropriate cultural education.
