About the role

Assisting our customers when they need us most, responsible for demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and strive to meet our customer's expectations by ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered to every customer.
Processing all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirements
Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries,
Develop customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver a positive trusted customer experience.
Deliver consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points

About you

Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to enhance business value by delivering a positive customer experience that sustains and grows the customer base.
Possess strong technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Apply proactive problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.
Maintain high attention to detail with effective planning, prioritization, and management of competing tasks and resources.
