Join our global Non-Financial Risk division (Line 1 risk) who provide advice, valued input and challenge across our Financial Management Group in our role as the independent voice of risk, and aid staff in applying non-financial risk management best practices. You'll be part of a supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drive outcomes.What role will you play?Based in Sydney, you will draw on your project management experience to support the delivery of CPS 230 and Critical Control Path programs. You will play an active role in leading the various governance forums for these two programs and tracking overall progress, identifying and escalating any blockers and/or risks to ensure the Finance Management Group can deliver on time and within budget. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders and central teams to guarantee the Finance Management Group is tracking to the overarching timelines and meeting the standard implementation timeline while ensuring the dependencies between the programs is understood and accounted for.What you offer
  • Experience working on large scale transformation projects, ideally in the operational risk and/or compliance departments within the Financial services industry
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering projects to plan and budget
  • Experience in project governance and pro-actively identifying risk and blockers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to learn new concepts and demonstrate value quickly
