Join a leading superannuation fund in the heart of the Brisbane CBD for an exciting 3-month contract with the potential to go permanent!

Pay: $37.13 per hour + Super
Start Date: 1st September
Rotating roster between 7:00am - 7:30pm - Monday to Friday

What You'll DoThis is your chance to join one of Australia's largest superannuation funds and make a real impact. You'll be the friendly, professional voice of the company, providing top-tier service to a diverse range of customers through phone, email, and chat. Your main goal is to deliver a positive customer experience by providing solutions and handling everyday inquiries with care. Please note this role does not offer hybrid arrangements - In office only.Your Key Responsibilities

Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to every customer inquiry.
Communicate with empathy and clarity to genuinely understand and meet customer needs.
Build trust and confidence by providing knowledgeable and helpful support.
Handle questions and complaints with professionalism, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain impeccable records.

What We're Looking ForMinimum Requirements:

Customer service experience.
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Ability to pass a criminal history and anti-money laundering check.

Desirable Attributes:

Prior experience in a call center or customer service role.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms.
A true team player who can also work independently.
A genuine passion for customer service and outstanding communication skills.
