Childcare Centre Director

• Ensure the smooth daily operations of a high-quality long day care service as the Nominated Supervisor
• Promote a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for all educators and families within the service
• Oversee and facilitate the curriculum provided within the service and use your sound knowledge and creativity to work towards continuous development and improvement
• Maintain safe and healthy environments for all children and team members
• Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory standards

• Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education and Care (Or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Demonstrated experience within a leadership or management position
• Full working rights in Australia
• Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process
