About the Role:As a Case Manager you will work within a friendly and supportive team-oriented environment where you will play a key role in providing a high quality first point of contact for superannuation enquiries.Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of total permanent disability, income protection, death and terminal illness claims.
Process payments and cases for members as well as early release payments for financial hardship or compassionate grounds.
Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others.

Start Date: ASAP - Full time permanent position.Location: Melbourne CBDSkills and Experience:Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in death claims.

Death claims experience (minimum 2 years)
Exposure to TPD and IP is highly desirable
Extremely clear and high level communication skills
