Duties:
Allocations and receipting of payments
Credit applications - setting up new accounts and credit limits
Guiding customers around credit processes
Taking accounts on and off hold and explaining reasoning behind holds to customers
Collections of amounts due on accounts, leading to a reduction of outstanding debtors whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
High volume phone and email collections to ensure debt is kept to a minimum
Weekly reporting
About you:
Highly motivated and results oriented with a great attitude
1 years + experience within commercial credit (NOT financial services)
A team player - my client prides themselves on their culture and ability to work together as a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well supported by an engaging, professional, manner
Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency with emphasis on Excel
