The role is responsible for supporting the pharmacy team at Werribee Mercy Hospital by delivering consumer focused clinical pharmacy services and operational services within the pharmacy department. The successful candidate must possess the following:Current pharmacist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.Previous (community or hospital) pharmacist experience.Highly developed interpersonal experience with the ability to work as part of a diverse team.Ability to provide accurate and efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients.Supervise pharmacy interns, students and residents.Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to education and meetings.Positive attitude, initiative and innovation.Ability to identify, and participate in, quality improvement activities and positively influence change as required.What you’ll bringYou’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
