Your role will involve the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical components and machinery, contributing to the success of projects in the industrial sector. What will you be doing?

Perform precision fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components and machinery.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery operates smoothly.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet project goals.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

What do you need?

Trade qualification as a Fitter or relevant mechanical trade certification,
Proven experience as a Fitter, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with various hand and power tools used in fitting and machining.
Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
