A rare & exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the team in a high performing store at Highpoint Shopping Centre. You'll be managing a close-knit team of 5-10 in a dynamic, fast-paced store. You'll be responsible for driving sales, developing talent, and delivering an elevated customer experience. - Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Drive store performance through effective visual merchandising, stock management and operational excellence.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture focused on development, accountability and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and retail standards.
- Champion innovation and change, supporting new initiatives and technologies that enhance the retail experience.
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a high-volume or premium store environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
- A customer-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding service.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and drive store performance.
