- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in arts, culture, events, or a related field.
- Proven strategic and operational leadership within arts and cultural services, with a track record of driving successful outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen and management capabilities, including budget development and resource planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain positive relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring a high-quality experience for all users and partners.
- Eligible for a Queensland Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Blue Card.
- Responsible Management of Licensed Venue Training desirable.
- Eligible to be appointed as an Approved Manager under the Liquor Act desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Council's functions and procedures and/or Local Government experience desirable.
