Work as an HR Operations Manager/Project Lead for a Government agency working on a bulk recruitment project. This role is an immediate start for an initial 12 month fixed term contract, paying up to $105,000 + super and located in Melbourne CBD 3000.The Role:

Policy and procedure development, implementation and delivery of processes in relation to the project
Provide advice to the HR team regarding compliance
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes
Administer pre-employment screening checks
Support managers with behavioural issues

About You:

You are willing to utilise your HR Generalist skills in an operational environment
Ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team
Previous experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
