ITSM Governance LeadTake the lead in transforming enterprise IT service delivery! We are seeking an experienced ITSM Governance Lead to champion the implementation and continual improvement of service management frameworks. You’ll ensure service delivery accountability, establish performance metrics, and embed strong governance across internal and external providers – all while supporting a customer-centric approach to IT operations.Location: ACTKey Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation and refinement of enterprise-wide ITSM frameworks
Govern service performance across internal teams and third-party providers
Develop and maintain ITSM governance policies, SLAs, and service reporting dashboards
Facilitate service governance forums and ensure alignment with business outcomes

Key Criteria:

Proven leadership in ITSM governance, strategy, and multi-supplier environments
Strong knowledge of ITIL and service integration across the lifecycle
Expertise in performance frameworks, metrics, KPIs, and service reporting
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement within regulated sectors
