- Key Account Management (Off-Trade & On-Trade)
- Field Sales / Territory Management
- Sales Leadership
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships in both on-trade and off-trade channels
- Executing brand activation plans and driving visibility and availability of our portfolio
- Delivering on ambitious volume, value, and market share targets
- Collaborating with marketing and trade marketing to ensure seamless in-market execution
- Identifying opportunities for growth and providing insights that shape commercial strategy
- Experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverages sales (On-trade/Off-trade exposure highly valued)
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a love for building brands
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision making
- Adaptability and energy to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- A passion for premium spirits and the hospitality industry
