Food & Beverage Supervisor

• $29.89 + 25% casual loading
• Located at the iconic National Gallery of Victoria
• Roster: Weds-Sun but negotiable

• Assisting the Retail Manager with day-to-day operations across our outlets with the focus on the well renowned Garden Restaurant
• Assist in coordinating the front of house team's daily operations
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional, prompt, and friendly service
• Lead from the front, mentor and train the team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment
• Optimise team members rostered to increase revenue and productivity
• Address any guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure everyone has the best experience possible
• Consistently follow safety guidelines when performing tasks or using equipment reporting all hazards, near misses or accidents to appropriate personnel

• Demonstrated previous experience in a similar restaurant/retail environment
• Experience leading a team, identify opportunities for improvement, train and develop staff
• Good knowledge of Melbourne food and beverage scene
• Excellent communication skills, ability to confidently lead team briefing sessions with up to twelve team members
• Experience with an online booking system
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance with attention to detail
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
