We’re looking for a true Branch Manager to join this impressive, service-based company. The role will ultimately involve P&L responsibility, driving top line revenue development, operational efficiency + engaging a team of service staff and support functions.Duties
- Drive operational efficiencies through the service team
- Ensure internal sales team working at pace to maximise opportunities within the B2C market
- Ensure sales and operations work effectively to uncover & deliver on new business opportunities & drive repeat business
- Lead with presence and effectiveness across the whole branch
- Full responsibility for P&L for the branch
- Strong leadership credentials, ideally having led both sales & operations / service functions previously
- Industry experience aligned to industrial services with both sales & service business streams
- Commercially savvy including understanding sales & revenue generation in addition to operations
- Ideally have P&L responsibility
- Passionate leader able to implement change management & drive best practice through a branch
