What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a testing or QA role - Preferably in a federal government setting
Exposure to Agile, Waterfall and/or DevOps methodologies

We're currently seeking experienced Test Analysts to join a high-profile federal government program. You'll play a key role in a well-established testing team, focused on delivering quality outcomes across multiple digital products and platforms.This is not a Senior Test Analyst role - it suits someone with solid manual testing experience and a collaborative mindset. Prior federal government experience will be highly regarded.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and report on test cases, traceability matrices, and defect logs
Adhere to testing best practices, standards, and documentation requirements
Coach and mentor junior and trainee testers, providing on-the-job training and support
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and operational teams
Create and maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
Tailor communication to suit technical and non-technical audiences
Support strategic thinking within the test function to enhance quality delivery

Desirable:

ISTQB or equivalent industry certifications
Knowledge of test environments, tools, and data handling
