Job Category: FinanceJob Description:Downer's Energy & Utilities division is seeking an experienced Finance Manager - Cash and Working Capital to join our Head Office team. Reporting to the Financial Controller (E&U), you will oversee cash and working capital deliverables across the division, embedding a cash-focused culture and driving improved cash and working capital outcomes in collaboration with senior finance and operational leaders.You will lead a small team and play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful cash and working capital reporting to the COO E&U, EGM Finance E&U, and Line of Business Executive General Managers and General Manager Finances.What you'll do

Manage all aspects of cash and working capital reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across E&U.
Partner with senior finance leaders to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and insightfulness of reporting.
Oversee all cash and working capital processes and reporting for Group Treasury and internal stakeholders.
Drive standardisation and continuous improvement in cash and working capital management practices
Lead and coach a small team, fostering a high-performance culture.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or commerce (CPA/CA preferred).
10+ years' experience in finance, including exposure to cash and working capital in a large, complex organisation.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Strong analytical, planning, and budgeting capability.
Advanced Excel skills and ERP proficiency.
