- Define and execute a scalable roadmap for AI integration, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Drive high-value client outcomes through innovative ServiceNow and AI solutions, securing long-term partnerships.
- Champion adoption of advanced ServiceNow AI features (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AIOps, Generative AI).
- Architect scalable, real-world AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Translate complex AI concepts into practical applications, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Standardise and lead pre-sales consulting processes, including solution design, proof of concepts, and client demonstrations.
- Mentor consultants to craft compelling solutions and support tender responses with accurate technical estimates.
- Ensure consistent delivery excellence and client satisfaction across engagements.

- Build strong relationships with product owners, domain experts, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Delivery of strategic AI wins and roadmap execution within defined timeframes.
- Achievement of revenue, OPPL, and billable utilisation targets.
- Growth and retention of key accounts through high-impact solutions and advisory.
- Uplift of team capability, engagement, and succession readiness.
- Tangible business outcomes from AI initiatives (e.g., ROI, efficiency gains, client satisfaction).
- Consistent positioning of Fujitsu as the go-to partner for ServiceNow AI expertise.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions
- 5+ years people leadership
- Demonstrated AI application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience required in creating end-to-end solution for the client.
- Ability to understand the commercial implications of proposed solutions and be able to come up with optimizing ideas.
