Join Tabcorp in our mission to shape a positive, dynamic, and inclusive workplace.Your Role:As an experienced People Advisor, your role will be central to providing ER support across our Operations team, including our Contact Centre's and field technicians.You will work collaboratively with the Tabcorp People Partnering team to deliver people services, whilst working directly with our onsite Operations team based in Granville one day per week.Your Team:Our P&C team is instrumental in ensuring employee experience is delivered via people focused strategies and activities. We are trusted advisors and partners in achieving business strategies.Working closely with your team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Tabcorp's success.What you'll do:As a People Advisor at Tabcorp, you will be crucial in shaping and enhancing our workforce's day-today experience and performance.Policy Advice: Provide valuable generalist people policy advice and support in various areas, including performance management & Awards and Enterprise agreements.Case Management / Employee Relations: Assist and support leaders in managing performance and workplace issues, and where necessary, take the lead in conducting investigations.Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Help leaders interpret awards and enterprise agreements to ensure compliance and minimise industrial or employee relations risks.Data Analysis: Conduct data analytics on a range of people data sets to provide accurate and timely reports and insights to leaders and People & Culture partners.Collaboration: Partner closely with our People & Culture Operations team to ensure data accuracy and resolution of any queries related to people data.What you'll bring:To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record in a people advisory or HR generalist role, with a strong background and understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good understanding of the industrial relations landscape, laws and regulations.
