
HR Manager

- Based in the Eastern Suburbs
- Five days onsite but with flexible start and finish times
- Oversee full HR operations from onboarding through to exit
- Drive process improvements and implement operational efficiencies
- Support workforce planning and compliance across a complex, regulated environment
- Manage Employee Relations, including advising on performance, coaching staff and conflict resolution
- Run workplace investigations when required
- Partner with senior stakeholders including Deputy Principals, Heads of School and leadership
- Work effectively without a fully integrated HRIS using smaller systems and manual processes where necessary
- Contribute to organisational culture by being a trusted, respected voice within the school community
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong process management and project delivery skills
- Deep expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution and coaching
- Strong influencing skills and able to engage effectively with teaching and senior staff
- Adaptability in environments without fully integrated HR technology
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline (highly regarded)
